The frame is built around Bullpadel's PrismLock construction, a faceted, multi-sided profile instead of a single curved surface, tied into a pentagon-shaped support piece at the throat called the Neuron Core. Distributing impact across those flat edges and through that connection point cuts down the twisting a round frame gets on an off-center hit, which is part of why the head stays steady through fast defensive exchanges.

Underneath the X-Tend Carbon 3K face sits a MultiEva core built in three layers: two softer EVA layers on the outside for cushioning, wrapped around a firmer inner layer that holds the ball on the strings for an extra fraction of a second. That combination is what gives the racket its dry, solid feel on contact rather than a bouncy one.

Two systems handle vibration. The Ease Vibe dampeners fitted into four holes in the head are rated to absorb up to 49 percent of the vibration produced on impact, and Vibradrive, an elastomer strip running through the handle, cushions off-center hits before they reach your hand. The Hesacore grip adds a honeycomb-shaped handle profile meant to seat your fingers more securely during long rallies.

Air Power widens the aerodynamic channel along the lower frame by 50 percent over the previous Air React design, which Bullpadel credits for the racket's quicker swing given its control-first balance. If you want to adjust that balance yourself, the head takes up to four 3g CustomWeight plates, for up to 12g of added weight and roughly a centimetre of balance shift in either direction. Replacement plates are sold separately.

For spin, the face carries a raised 3D Grain texture that grips the ball briefly on contact, paired with a hole pattern in the head tuned for the same purpose: consistent feel rather than added pace. Bullpadel pairs the Neuron 02 with the Neuron 02 Edge in its 2026 lineup: the Edge moves to a diamond head and a higher balance point for players who want to finish points with power, while the standard Neuron 02 keeps the teardrop shape and lower balance for players building the point instead.
