Your experience matters to us. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we’ll gladly assist with a return according to the policy below.

Return Policy:
At Padel Nation, we offer a 30-day return window. You’re welcome to return any eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we’re unable to accept returns once this period has passed.


Eligibility conditions:
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. All protective packaging must remain intact. For rackets, this also includes the shrink wrap on the handle, and for tennis ball cans, the pull-tab lid must be fully sealed, intact, and unopened.

Final sale items will not be eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly marked as final sale in their product descriptions.


How to make a return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@padelnation.ca. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Padel Nation operates exclusively online, and therefore, in-person returns are not accepted.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning their purchases.

Packaging Instructions:
We kindly ask that all returned items be packaged with care—such as using bubble wrap and a sturdy box—to ensure they arrive safely, as the condition of the item upon return may affect your refund eligibility.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
