Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns outside of this period.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact (Rackets must retain the original shrink wrap on the handle, ball cans must remain fully sealed and unopened).

For clarity, items that show any signs of use will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, surface marks, scratches, grip wear, or removal of protective elements.

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Padel Nation reserves the right to decline returns or apply a partial refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Gift Cards and Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues with your item, including damage, a potential manufacturing issue, or receiving the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and assist you.

If you believe there may be an issue with your item, we recommend reaching out to us before returning it. We may ask for photos or a few additional details to better understand the situation and guide you on the next steps.

All returns are carefully reviewed upon arrival. If no manufacturing issue is identified and the item shows signs of use, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Each racket is carefully inspected prior to shipping. Damage resulting from impact or normal use is not considered a manufacturing issue.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@padelnation.ca. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Canadian return address.

Please ensure your RMA number is clearly included in the return address (written directly under “Padel Nation”). Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For returns due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of $25 will apply.


Packaging

We kindly ask that all items are packaged carefully (e.g., bubble wrap and a sturdy box) to ensure they arrive safely. Items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Padel Nation reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
