Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your products without delay.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Padel Nation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Padel Nation is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the delivery address or reroute the shipment. We kindly ask that all shipping details are carefully reviewed at checkout.
If a package is unable to be delivered to the original address provided, it will be returned to Padel Nation by the carrier. Once we receive the item back, we’ll be happy to assist in reshipping it to an updated address.
Please note that any costs for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Padel Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@padelnation.ca with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
